The best writing/analysis: The Economist/ New Yorker/ Vanity Fair (but too much "vanity" in the magazine for my taste usually) but I usually don't have enough time for those.

Real Simple for planes and such.

What I actually enjoy reading in the bathroom (it fortunately has a very weak wifi signal so I get to enjoy paper reading) is More. It really is a very rare "woman's magazine" - smart, interesting and enjoyable. My mother introduced me to it and I now understand why she enjoys it.

Discover, Scientific American, The Week. Sometimes buy Real Simple but feel like it gives me 100 projects to do (Real Complicated!, lol)

Food Network Magazine

My husband gets Handyman - and it is great.

For some reason I get Family Circle, though I never subscribed to it. It is actually pretty good.

I love getting a pedicure so I can read celebrity gossip mags. I am too embarrassed to have a subscription to these.
