I think the secret is out that Van Ness will be a good option for many families now. I suspect that next year, Van Ness will have as many waitlisted kids as Brent and Maury had this year.

If I were new to PK3, there are only 6 PK3 programs that I'd be interested in, maybe 1 "safety" that I may or may not really attend depending on commute and that's it before I decide to stay in daycare. So that would leave me 5-6 throw away slots.
