Urban Butcher is good, but I would have trouble calling it moderately priced. I think it is solidly in the expensive category. Jackie's is good for dinner Sun or Tues-Thurs when they have the three course prix fixe, otherwise, also pretty pricey. Both are worth the expense, but I don't consider them to be moderate.
The Classics is perfect moderately priced place where you can get a full meal for $22 or less with the bistro menu. Mandalay is also very good if you like Burmese.
Pacci's is good for neapolitan style pizzas. Likewise, Pete's has New Haven style pizza available by the slice or pastas for around $10-12.
