Kim seems a little vacant to me. Maybe her alcoholic years have done something to her brain? She acts a bit childish too Look at this Monty thing going on. She says she LOVES him, but didn't she divorce him? She exhausts me.

I think they sold the house for about 600K.

I do wonder why everyone is all up in Kim's crap if she isn't drinking. but it really is not Lisa Rinna's business and LR looks like a horrible busybody is Kim is sober. And yes sometimes alcoholics have to take some drugs under medical supervision.

Unfortunately for Kim, anything that comes out of her mouth is automatically thought of as a lie because she IS kookoo for Cocoa Puffs!

I don't think Kyle scammed her sister at all, she (and Mauricio) has way too much at stake....way too much to lose by coming across as anything but an upstanding, good sister.

Kyle is a snake. She wouldn't let her buy back in after taking only $20k. I'm sure the house is worth millions.

I think Kyle and Kim are different types of crazy. BOTH are absolutely crazy in every way, shape, and form!

But I can see that it doesn't make sense that Kyle and Mauricio could legally own it if it were left to the three sisters. Km would have had to sign something. But soemthing is fishy with Kyle. I don't think Kyle is lying, I think she's not disclosing everything that went down with Kim's side of things because she doesn't want to throw it out there on camera. My guess is Kim borrowed WAY more than $20k "from her share" and couldn't pay it back or handle a mortgage if she wanted to buy Kyle out. She was a fucked up alcoholic, who knows if she even fully remembers what happened. This could also be another "Kim is a victim" story where she conveniently glosses over any of her side of this and just throws out that Kyle stole the house.

No way would Kyle legally be able to claim full ownership of that house and sell it if Kim had only borrowed $20k and offered to pay it back.
