Those are kind of fussy, "company" recipes - although the Kugel can be made ahead. I assume you've thought of eggs, fruit and yogurt, matzo scramble, and all the basics!

This will mostly be self serve breakfast, especially on Sunday since we have to go to church for Easter, so I want to make sure I've got appropriate options on hand. Sounds like eggs, yogurt, fruit will work. We have some matza.
