I saw in a recent magazine that Shiloh still likes to be called "John" and still likes short hair.

Just saw a clip of her at the Teen Choice Awards, but I thought she looked like Vampira in dire need of a cheeseburger.

Shiloh was wearing what looked like a "boy"ish tee shirt.

I'm just curious. I guess time will tell if it's just a kid phase, like the kids who refuse to wear anything but a jersey or a princess dress for months on end, or a true case of gender identity.

I just thought her hair looked a little longer and more girly.

I was thinking these weren't the worst she has been, too. The ones that look bad to me are the ones where she is out with the kids, or walking through an airport with them, and holding their hands. Her arms, from wrist to shoulder, always look crazy skinny in those shots.

I just haven't found her attractive in a very long time. The only time I think she doesn't look skeletal is when she's knocked up. Which obviously isn't in the cards now...

I think the only thing she has at this point that is in the least bit desirable are the lips.

She's a small woman and her body has been through a lot with these surgeries. I agree that the black outfits/hair are severe on her and make her look...stressed.

She does look thin, but not unusually so. Her skin looked great at the Teen Choice Awards. However, I think the black outfit + the very dark hair down is just too much - I think she looks better when either her clothes or her hair or both are a bit lighter.

Yes this is true its not news and she has looked this way a lot time. If you have anything new to add, do please go ahead.

I know she just had surgery but she looks like skin draped over bones.
