Those are the breaks. In the end, it will cost us another year of preschool. Lumping that cost into the home makes it seem like a rounding error.

As I said, best of luck with the house search; and yes, I agree that giving the current housing market the cost of a year in preschool might -unfortunately!- seem marginal
