No problem, and no problem with treated wood either.

That's a lingering myth b/c they used to treat wood with arsenic. No longer.

I haven't read anything that would indicate a problem with those and have read a lot about lead hazards and gardening. Some kinds of treated wood aren't great, though (not lead but something else). Just don't let your kids chew on the edgers you have, they might break a tooth!

I used some scalloped concrete pavers for edging on one side of my garden. Then I thought, could it be toxic? Could it have lead paint? I have no idea. What are your thoughts? My mom said she doubts they would sell garden edging made with lead paint in it. . .
