If you need to go to Jerry's supermarket, the parrots in the courtyard are a lot of fun.

Subject: What to do with kids in Sanibel?
We're headed to Sanibel for spring break next month, and are curious about things to do with the kids (ages 3 and 5) apart from pool and beach (both of which should last us a while!). Suggestions of fun places to go?
