Sort of, except the programs are through full blown universities. Students take classes on the college campus all 4 years. They complete the HS core in the first two, and then transition to college classes for the remainder.
A friends DC did that at SWW/GW. He then went on to 4 years of regular college at a different college. He didn't want to give up a regular college experience. I think it as okay but he got burnt out on 6 years of college.
If you want to save on 2 years of tuition it can be a good option. But you've got to decide if your kid is mature enough to graduate at 20 and figure out what s/he would do. Might work for some kids but not most.
