I saw a few pairs of J Brand and Paige at TJ Maxx today.

I always buy Seven for All Mankind. Probably not the trendiest brand, since I've been buying them for close to 15 years, but they fit me well and hold up nicely.

Another great stretchy choice is Pilcro at Anthropologie.

You know, they've been recommended on other threads and I've looked at them (NP, not OP)....and they scream mom jeans to me. I don't think they look very flattering on the models.

Also not OP, but I completely agree with this. They are totally mom jeans.

I have had really good luck with Kut from the Kloth, though the pair that I have is not super stretchy. They're flattering but not frumpy.

They have tons of rises that may fit well for your body type

I forgot to mention that they are often on sale or can be found on eBay etc, so don't let the price deter you.

I was going to say the exact same thing. In fact I just found Jbrand maternity jeans on Ebay - half off and look brand new!

I love their slim boyjean. So comfy.
Why don't you go visit their Georgetown store and try different ones?

I agree about Madewell. If you're looking for skinnies, I'm a big fan of JCrew toothpick--great stretch.

DL1961 angel ankle skinny jeans in Mariner are amazing. Just try them on, they are so flattering. I haven't bought another brand since I discovered these 2 years ago.

After having 2 kids, my jean needs have changed drastically. FWIW, I'm late-20s, 5'4' ,115-118 lbs. I'm obviously not large, but can't/won't do low rise anymore.

Requirements:
-Higher waist. I don't want "mom" jeans but want to keep the crack covered.
-Something with stretch. If I can't comfortably Play with my kids I won't wear them.
-Under $150
