FYI, I'm the one who just ordered a similar one from Rugsusa.com. It just arrived and I love it! I got the 5x8 but it also comes in 8x10. The price is way higher but it's 70 percent off, which I think would make it lower.

+1 Rugs USA sells the same rugs as Overstock and they are cheaper. I bought two Nuloom rugs from there recently, including the non-shag version of the rug you are considering. Great quality considering I got an 8x10 for $170.

I like the pattern and style. I had what appears to be the same rug that I got from Homegoods. It Shedd ed terrible and I threw it away. However the reviews look good so it certainly is not the same one I had!

I would look for a different one. This looks like really cheap quality. It's not the style that looks cheap to me, just this version of it.

For those that have this rug (and it sheds) do you have the wool version or the synthetic one as OP has posted. I thought synthetic rugs dont shed.

OP, I own this rug but in blue. Its in our family room and has gone through a lot of play time and foot traffic and has held up great. It shed the first couple of months but nothing that a vacuum couldn't take care of. I definitely recommend.

I'm selling a very similar rug on Craigslist. 8 x 10 gold/white trellis nuLoom rug. It's wool.

When I got the rug, it shed a LOT of fibers at first. After about 3- 6 months it died down. It's not a great quality rug but I think it's good enough for the price.

I like how mine looks but I moved to a carpeted apartment.

I wouldn't want to pay more than $200, but I like it.

I don't have an opinion about this rug in particular but we've gotten all our rugs from Overstock and are happy with them. I've seen nicer rugs out there but not for the price and the quality of the rugs is generally good.

I like this rug a lot, I considered it but wanted a thicker pile. The pile is only 0.5 inches, so it's not thick. I don't think you'll be able to see the backing through the rug fibers.

ehh it's okay. Looks similar to a $40 rug I own in my playroom.

Where is it for?

My concern is the long shag woiuld shed, creating much dust. I would go with a short pile, wool if at all possible, so that any dander it creates is short and/or natural fiber.

The pattern is too big and bold for my tastes...but if you like it, why not?! =)

I really like this pattern - looking at the ivory/white with gray design.

I have light beige/yellow hue hardwood floors and gray couches. The gray doesnt match the floors well so trying to tie the 2 together with this rug.

It isnt wool - that version is twice as much.

Reviews are pretty good - what am I missing (worried that tit will be sparse - that you can see the backing through the rug fibers)
