I like Bruno Magli for flats, Ferragamo for work, and French Sole for casual. They have all been super comfortable for me and not caused blisters. Ironically I got a pair of Easy Spirit sandals last year thinking they would be comfort shoes and they gave me blisters every time I wore them. I had to toss them.

Agl shoes. Have had a fed pairs of ballet flats over the last few years and no break in required. That said, they don't offer much in the way of support. I really like them and plan to keep buying as I wear them out

Have you tried a blister block stick? They work really well.

I have some slip on ballet flats by hush puppies. They have a padded footbed which is raised for your arch. The only thing you need to be sure about is the size, because the edges are slightly elasticated if the shoe is a little small it can bite your heel a bit. I had to go up a 1/2 size to avoid this.

If you wear thick socks, this won't happen. Are you looking for sockless shoes? If so, patagonia.

Sofft puts extra padding at the back of the heels.

Soft suede flats like the J Crew Cece.

Hello! Can anyone recommend a shoe or a brand that requires no break in. The older I get, the harder it is for me to buy shoes. My heels always get cut up pretty badly. I'd like to avoid this and willing to pay whatever it costs! Thanks.
