Thanks, PP. One question: had you worked there for some years and your children eventually attended when they entered MS or had your MS/ HS students been there for a years on their own , and then you joined the faculty ?

I wonder if it makes a difference 'cause then its not just " their school" anymore

Parents: would you rather remain " just a parent " and work somewhere else , as opposed to becoming more intimately aware of administrative functioning of your DC's school ?
