Eh - I posted one very favorable review of my consult with CCRM. Compared with the local clinics, they were light years above the rest in terms of the information they provided in the consult, and in giving their basis for their opinions. Really.

I have not cycled with them because they won't accept embryos created with donor eggs unless you can provide paperwork showing stating the donor's name and showing that the donor met all FDA requirements, and most clinics won't contact the donor to see if she will waive anonymity for this purpose. This could be a very conservative compliance approach (rather than accepting certifications with the donor's number) and/or it could be motivated by financial concerns or concerns with the quality of the embryos created elsewhere.

Buy I was truly impressed, and would have tried there if they would have accepted the DE embryos we have frozen.

Not the OP, but I also saw a story on Reddit about CCRM's advertising tactics, I'll try to find the link.

What are you all actually talking about? Can you provide specific links and examples that you think we're planted by CCRM?
Thanks in advance!

I always wondered why they had so many posts on this forum which is for DC area. Marketing people are scum of the earth and any intelligent person should not be influenced by things they read on this site and others.

I am not surprised at all. The posts about CCRM always seemed too rosy and fake.

I agree with previous PP, the CCRM team are smooth marketeers and this is a very profitable business so I wouldn't trust anything I read on here or most other sites.

A friend of mine went there and they charged almost twice what she paid at SGF and she was not successful, in fact she had a worse response than all previous cycles. Just like PP she chose them based on some stories she read online.

They rip you off or something?
I find the success stories inspiring. There was a poster here awhile back who offered a really detailed explanation for how they work. Clearly not a plant. She was just helping other women who might want to find clinics with better success rates than ours locally. I found her post informative and interesting. I might consider them based on the experience she shared with us.

Some women like to give hope to other women. So they post their success stories. Some women also get super excited by their success and want everyone to know. Such women also post everywhere.

Still, it's hard to argue with their numbers.

OP do you have a source? I've noticed a few of their success stories repeated in many forums which means they were probably put their by CCRM staff, since most successful patients wouldn't bother posting in multiple forums.
