Subject: where to get a dress dyed?
I'd ask where you got it, or if not local, call a David's Bridal. They sell so many of those dyed bridesmaid's dresses, they must know an answer.

It is really not difficult at all to do at home, especially if you want to go with a dark color. You can get dye at a store that sells fabrics and sewing things and the people there can tell you how to use it. It is fairly easy and you will be happy to end up with a dress you can wear more often.
Jacquard dyes are nice, don't use rit

There's obviously a reason you're having a hard time finding it because no one wants that service however did you consider contacting whoever dyes shoes to see if they would do the dress?

I have a bridesmaid dress that is a pretty style but unfortunate color, and I'd like to get it dyed black or maybe dark blue. Are there any businesses around here that do this?
