I would try for a charter with smaller classes. We are IB for Janey but felt the class size was too big for our child with HFA.

I would not recommend Janney as the K classes next year may have close to 30 kids in them. They are 26 kids per class (x 5 classes) this year in K and next year's entering cohort is estimated to be even larger (based on numbers from last year's PK lottery). They are out of space to add any more classrooms so we've been told that there won't be a 6th K class added.

I mean borderline b/c she just misses the cut for services but definitely is different and very sensitive. She does not have discipline issues at school but she is sensitive socially.
We are at Lafayette pre-K and just not sure they are too understanding or accepting. I don't think they understand her. Of course, with their pay and class size, I am not throwing stones.
