I would say karate - because its also about self control. Both my kids responded very well to it and it totally exhausted them. I am not sure if you can get a DVD for kids, maybe?

Just dance might be a little difficult. There are kids hip hop and yoga videos that might be fun. Maybe breakdance too?

my two kids (age 8 and 5 when we got them) like Wii sports (bowling and golf were the best and not that hard.)

Also Just Dance, would be good.

I have access to a PS3 and a Wii. I would like to purchase a fun game (dance or general spazz out) for him. He's not great with coordination because he's 5. Do you have recommendations for anything that your child this age has really enjoyed to get rid of cold weather blues?
