Be careful connecting with people you don't know/never met in real life on LinkedIn. Financial crime/ID theft is rampant thanks to social media. They might not steal from you but they might use you to infiltrate your other connections/groups...

They don't know you've been disconnected unless they happen to search through their list of connections and notice your name is missing. Most people have so many connections that they won't notice.

Yes. You access the member's profile. There's a button in the top section of their profile. Move your cursor over the down arrow next to the button. Select Block or report. Select Block.

You won't appear in the "who's viewed your profile" section of their page if you access their profile to block them.
