This isn't for allover skin (I'm interested to know what others say), but for highlighting your face/collarbone, Benefit High Beam gives a similar look.

She looked glowy, not only her face, but her arms also. I get that she has beautiful skin, but she gave kind of a golden glow at the Oscars. Does anyone know which product does that? I would love something like that for the summer!
