I agree it needs something green, but I hate salad. I'd add collard greens, sauteed spinach, something like that. If no one eating this meal likes traditional greens, then make some crispy lacinato kale.

I agree with the others re a green salad. Along with the lettuce/greens, I take dressing and put tomatoes (sliced or grape tomatoes) and sliced cucumbers, green onions, sliced almonds, etc. in separate sandwich bags, so they can add the toppings they want to the salad. Your soup sounds delicious!
