Google image search turns up that pie chart on various conservative blogs, but interestingly none of them actually link to an authoritative FBI data source.

I thought the Lululemon girl was disturbed. I thought the DC sniper was disturbed. I'm not sure what your point is--by and large terrorism is using violence and fear for power/policical purpose.
