I've been spending a fair amount of time on Drew Schneider's website (http://www.ward4candidatesinfo.com/), reading candidates' answers to a slew of questions, and at this point, I think Renee Bowser and Dwayne Tolliver are the most impressive, although Anderson, Andrews, and Powell also seem knowledgeable. I have not mentioned Brandon, since it looks like he wrote his answers on his way to bed after a long hard day of campaigning.

Personally, I lean toward Renee Bowser, whom I supported in the last Ward 4 special election (which an unrelated Bowser won); I think she would be especially good on labor, affordable housing, and similar issues. I have also heard good things about Pedro Rubio, especially on education.
