I'm a current IB Oyster parent who has another child that will attend next year. Oyster has not yet surveyed current parents about younger siblings, so how would the "registrar" know anything about available spots for PK? That being said, if Oyster is your first choice, then you should apply. You should also list it as your first choice (if you really want your child to attend), because otherwise, your chances of getting in will become even slimmer.
