If you go DE you will probably be required to talk with a social worker at some point in the process - they can be a fantastic resource as well and you don't need to wait for that, you could get a referral from your RE today. It might be time really well spent.

Is this the MTV show? I can't remember what it was called, but it had the same premise you describe. In our case, we have a sperm donor, so it was interesting to watch for that reason. Our sperm donor, however, is a known donor, so we won't be facing anything like this down the line. Watching this solidified our reasoning behind using a known donor. It's much easier for men to donate sperm, obviously, and we didn't love the thought of that many siblings. I think, should you choose to connect to others using the same egg donor, your circle would be much, much smaller!
