That's a sign your thyroid is under stress from the pregnancy. Your dose should be bumped up and you should be getting tested monthly. You should be targeting for a tsh under 2.0

I convinced my most recent RE to prescribe synthroid to me as I myself wanted to get TSH under 2, just based on what I learned from other women. He did prescribe and I started taking the pill 1.5 months in advance of FET. My TSH went down to 1.2 before FET and I did get a BFP. I don't know how the pregnancy advances from here on as I have many other issues.
