I went to Jian in Virginia once and I will go back. His price is reasonable and Japanese straightening is the only thing that works on my hair. He did a good job and 2 months later I am still happy with it.

I went to Jian based on a friend's raving recommendation and the positive online reviews (should have paid more attention to the negative ones). Sorry to report that whatever he did FRIED my hair and it hasn't been the same since. Two years later I'm still waiting for the damaged stuff to grow out. I'd successfully had Keratin the year before so I don't know what the difference was, but it was a terrible experience.

I am thinking of getting this done. Got the name of this guy , Jian, from reviews online. Does anyone have any experience?
