The GardenWeb Forums does this under both their kitchen section and home remodeling section.
The Houzz website just took them over but if you search Garden Web Forums, I believe they pop up in the right section of Houzz.

Subject: Crowdsourcing ideas for odd layout in house?
My house has an odd layout and I just cannot figure out what to do about it and how to use the space. I hired an architect to think about ideas for restructuring, but that didn't really work because my house has load bearing walls in odd places. I guess I could now hire an interior designer, but I wonder if there are websites where I could upload the floor plan and get ideas from people on what to do with my strange space. I would love to get ideas from a lot of people who may be able to kick some ideas around.
