NP. I'm sure that statement meant there were no other children involved in his actual death. I don't believe it's a statement about whether or not he was bullied.

When the MCPS official spokesman says, immediately after the very sad event, “We don’t believe there were any other children who were involved in this directly,” you interpret this to mean that it is an established fact that no other children were involved at all? Why?
