I'm very sorry to hear. Been there. As I understand it, proof of an affair doesn't help you in either MD or DC divorce. In DC, it's one of 12 factors a judge can use for property settlements/alimony, but my understanding is in reality it rarely matters. It may help a bit more in VA, especially in terms of expediting your case. Anyone who's a family lawyer out there should feel free to amplify/correct.

2. Hops in shower
3. Text says something about exhaustion
4. Other text says being wrapped around her

Dude. That's an affair if I've ever heard one, and I always think people here jump to conclusions ("Your husband made you pancakes and you don't normally eat them? He's fucking his secretary you dumb bitch! Wake up!")

Hire a pi or just call the number.

or just type the number on the facebook search bar and sometimes it yields results. Of course you can simply call the number and try to figure out as well.

To be fair, if she was cheating, she probably would not react that way because she knows it's easy to look things up. If she was cheating, she would have some kind of plausible sounding BS ready to go for when you asked.

DW is wa over her text limit and I noticed on the bill that the texts are all to the same number. I suspect ther is an affair going on. When I asked her about it she got defensive about my looking into her private affairs. It's not as if I stole her phone. I just notice the pattern.
