Our running group ran 10 miles this morning and it wasn't fun at all...single digit temp and wind...and hills. Glad you got your workout in.

Well done! I got almost 4mi in at 8am and it sucked but I feel so much more accomplished than if I'd wimped out.

Me too! I cheated a little--I walked a block to the gym and ran on the treadmill. But I did it!
