This articles suggests the Hyatt in Aruba. We are actually going to Aruba ourselves for spring break with allergies, staying in a timeshare condo that we rented. Things that attract us to Aruba are a direct flights, American restaurants with gluten free menus, Mortons for steaks if we run out of options, and Linda's dutch pancakes and pizza that has gluten free options. Friends said they saw gluten free options in the grocery store there, so we booked it.

Disney Resorts and also Atlantis in the Bahamas. I am gluten free and had a really easy time eating at both.

Great Wolf Lodge was really good for celiac. They brought out multiple breads and desserts just because they had them.

Totally agree. Disney is amazing for food allergies. So is Kingsmill.

Not the OP, but appreciate the information regarding Beaches. Thanks PP.

Sandals has done an amazing job, twice, for me and celiac hubby. I assume Beaches would do the same. They have food allergy concierge that you meet with on arrival...

Disney Cruises are an entirely different thing from Disney World in terms of how they handle food allergies. I would not be comfortable on any cruise with food allergies.

The Homestead in Hot Springs is good with food allergies. Not sure of how it is as a Spring Break destination - but good for winter and summer vacations.

On Disney - be careful. We had anaphylaxis on a cruise with them. Don't let your guard down.

Disney World is amazing with food allergies - and besides DW in Orlando, you can take cruises to various places if for example you are more inclined to want to visit the caribbean over spring break. Much closer to home, we have found Kingsmill Resort in Williamsburg to be good for a family member with celiac.
