Yes, you can see something if you have an ultrasound when the beta hits 2000, but it will not be the heartbeat.
A heartbeat isn't typically seen until the HCG level is at 10,000. This is around 6 weeks. OP needs to wait another week.

Those numbers are totally fine. As for the symptoms, it's too early. Most women just feel like they have PMS and then BAM 6 weeks hits. That's when the nausea and fatigue kick in. Personally, I never had any nausea with either pregnancy.

Those numbers look normal for your date ranges. You're in good shape. I know it's hard, but for now, just trust the beta and take it one day at a time.

While HCG usually doubles within 48-72 hours, sometimes it does not and things are still fine. My doubling time was 85 hours between 16dpo and 19dpo; next beta at 21dpo it increased to 42 hours. Your level of hydration can affect the numbers, too.

Your numbers look fine. Try to relax until your u/s--easier said than done, I know.

PP here. Well, if you were 7 dpo, you were about 3 weeks pregnant. If you did bloodwork 13 days after that, my handy calculator says you're well within the 48-hour doubling window at that point. The second test is more concerning, but it could just be slowing down because you were over 5 weeks. Not helpful, but you definitely aren't doomed to miscarry with those numbers and you will just have to wait and see - could go either way.

Oh hell, I don't know what I'm writing...I'm new to all this. HCG of 10 was 7 dpo. I was getting thee bloodwork done, so asked them to test since I had signs of implantation 2 days prior.

What do you mean by two days after implantation - e.g. 2dp5dt, 2dpIUI? When the 10 was is rather important, and keep in mind that your numbers do stop doubling every 48 hours at a certain point. Did you have any tests in between the 10 and the 2,000+?

2 days after implantation, hCG was 10. At 4w6d, 2859; 5w2d (yesterday), 5227. Not a single pregnancy "symptom", beyond being a bit sleepy and weepy. Any thoughts... Is this a slow climb, indicative of (yet another) m/c? First ultrasound is one week from today. Dr says take it one day at a time and "not to google the hell out of the numbers", so thought I'd check in here for thoughts and experiences
