Dollar Store is always a good place for stuff like that. Not sure they'll have exactly what you want but they typically have good seasonal stuff.

I've seen them at Michael's, sometimes the dollar store has them too.

I am looking for the white bags with handles for my child's Valentine's Day party. Some of the places online have them for so expensive, like $2 a bag. Does anyone know if I can get them in bulk or at least much cheaper. Was hoping not to spend more than $20 on 25 of them.
