If this is true, why does binge drinking occur among students 21 and older? Do you think only students under age 21 have these problems?

As a Dartmouth alum I have to say I am impressed with the presidents leadership on these issues. And as a parent of a student in a fraternity (not at D) I hope that other colleges follow suit.
