Does anybody know how many spots are available for PK4 in both schools?

You do know Stokes has all of that, and that the foreign language is actual immersion. I have no dog in this fight as my kids are in DCPS, but really?

You realize not everyone is interested in "actual immersion" right? We already speak one of the targeted languages at home, so we have no interest in that. And, I'd like to have my child learn a bit of Chinese. I'm not sold on Yu Ying's teaching method, so CM is a good school for us.

Without immersion, this is useless longterm.

Although not immersion, doesn't CM kids have exposure to Spanish and Mandarin languages?

Really? Why? I have not gone to CM's open house yet.

Stokes. Administration plus family community is more what we are looking for.

Plus immersion. Location. Food. More years established.

Either could be good. I'd rank based on location unless you have a strong preference regarding immersion.

Which one would you rank higher if commute is not an issue?
