Yep. The coach isn't being a bad sport. I'd explain that the coach really shouldn't use that language, but in the grand scheme of things, it isn't that big of a deal.

Yes, details please, because what you are describing sounds like a situation in which that coach should have been removed from the league, and if I was a parent on that opposing team and saw what you described, I would be 100% behind you filing a complaint and asking for his dismissal.

Absolutely not okay at any level with children, including high school. Talk to him. If it doesn't stop immediately, speak to the league director.

F bomb is a little much. He should hear from you directly and you should also alert the county if this is a rec league.

Not appropriate at the elementary school level, and really not appropriate at any school level. You have more leverage now than in 6 years.

Is he cursing out the kids? Unacceptable. If he's just using the words in a moment of frustration and not cussing AT people, I'd be less concerned, but still not pleased because it's setting a terrible example for the kids. I'd probably bring it up with the league somehow -- without naming names, just say you've seen coaches cursing and you think it's inappropriate. Hopefully they'll remind the coaches that they are working with ten-year-olds, not adults.

It wound concern me on an anger management level. Yes, I'd talk to the coach, without any kids around, not before or after a game.

in the last two games he'd dropped the f bomb (though not entirely audible) and screamed damn at the court. would this concern you beyond he's a bad role model and bad sportsmanship?
