Often hotels will put a microwave in your room if you just ask, if you're staying more than a day or two. Or just use it room temp. Not as soothing but still gets the job done.

Another PP who also wants to know some potential answers to OPs question: how do you find the distilled water when traveling? Especially when you don't have a car to drive to the local supermarket? Any more ideas?

OP here. Yes, I know- I use filtered and then previously boiled water at home...

I'm not a hypochondriac, but the word on netipots is that you should be using boiled water regardless of where you are neti-ing

Using a Neti Pot 1-3 times a day is the only thing that keeps me from getting sinus infections constantly. I'm going to be traveling to place without potable water and wonder what others in this situation do to warm the water? The only solutions I can think of are to a) bring a tea pot and heat bottled water or b) ask constantly for water for tea. Both seem like a pain...
