Why aren't you impressed? I have been an L&D nurse for awhile now, typically caring for more complicated patients and have been thinking about transitioning to becoming a fertility nurse.
Search this forum. Tons of threads complaining about fertility nurses. I have no idea why. My first one at SGFC was horrible, really beyond horrible (gave me bad information, over ordered thousands of dollars worth of medication for me when I didn't know any better, disappeared two days before my transfer with no work and no backup, didn't return messages, didn't use email, I could go on and on). I switched for my next few cycles at SGFC and that nurse was ok, but still not great. It wasn't until I cycled out of state that I had fabulous nurses who stayed on top of things and actually knew who I was and what was going on with me and my treatment.
