Big bag of frozen at costco. Vacuum packed in individual pouches.
I don't think I've ever seen skinless. The skin comes off pretty easily in any case.

You won't find fresh salmon this time of year, but frozen is fine. You might see "previously frozen / thawed for your convenience" in the so-called fresh case, but I'd rather buy frozen and thaw it myself.

Preseasoned, skinless, boneless, unwrap, stick in oven for x amount of mins, eat. Where can I find this?
