How come all of their buses work on cold days without delays?
Stop with the bus comments people - completely fabricated.
Buses that start in very cold weather are more expensive. It isn't worth in the Mid-Atlantic.

School systems did the same thing last year once or twice, if I recall correctly.
My MoCo co-workers, who continually shake their heads at the idiocy of FCPS policy, said their buses were fine this morning. Psst, FCPS--this is NORTH of you. The cold snap was not a surprise in the least. Start the buses at 3 a.m. if you have to. There's absolutely no excuse for this late-breaking closure.
OK hostile parent pretending to know WTF you are talking about?! I lived in Montgomery county not long ago and there were plenty of issues with buses having trouble starting in extreme cold and kids being stuck at bus-stops for as much as an hour or more.
Suggestion...cut down on the coffee, eat a piece of chocolate, have some wine this evening (not WHINE) and chill (he he pun intended).

Am I the only one bothered by this hypocrisy?
