No. Keep the brown and get rid of the pink. Add in Aqua and bright yellow. Big girl = no more pink.

This is what we have for our DD; it's pink and brown.

Expensive...but they sometimes have 15% off coupons.

Try looking around on Pinterest. There are always good ideas there.

If you're going to stay with a brown & pink rug, maybe go with bedding in the brown family, e.g.,:

If your DD has a particular interest, e.g., dance, horses, etc. maybe let her pick out a framed poster. Something that reflects her tastes and interests.

I am not sure what is in your nursery but we took down all the things baby related, got rid of the changing station, rocking chair, bought artwork that went with her colors. Now that she is 9, we just redid her room again, but this time she picked out her own colors and bedding.

Wall decals that skew toward older girl rather than cutest baby?

DD's nursery is pink and brown with Daniella by Cocalo bedding/decir and Espresso furniture that transforms into a full size bed. I'm trying to keep the wall color the same (a light dusty rose by Benjamin Moore) and the brown/pink rug, but change up the rest of the decor. Does anyone have any suggestions of possible bedding and accessories that can work well into transitioning from the baby stage to the older toddler stage? Thank you.
