Items in bulk bins - legumes, grains, flours, couscous, nuts, spices and herbs. Maybe good imported cheese. But I'm not a cheese snob and buy my cheese at Trader Joe's.

Let me reword: You may be able to get plain store brand egg near that price at Giant, but WF's store brand eggs are nicer, clean, etc.

Op here, so setting aside the debate over who has cheaper of the same thing, are there any great items/brands at WF that you love that I can't otherwise get at giant?

in my neighborhood (logan circle), the Giant isn't that much cheaper than WF. But it's a crapshoot which has better produce. If you MUST have organic, obv it's WF but IMO their quality has been lacking pretty seriously lately

If you are buying organic items, there are definitely some cheaper options at WF - milks, dairy, grains, etc.

I cook from scratch and find almost everything at WF is the same or cheaper than at Giant if you're buying fresh produce, meat (organic) and dairy. I don't do packaged stuff or fancy stuff, which IS super expensive at WF.

I get weekly deliveries from Peapod to make my life easier, but we now live very close to a Whole Foods and I find myself popping in there randomly at least once a week for various items and am wondering if I'm missing out on any good items or things that are cheaper at WF than at Peapod/Giant that I should make part of a regular trip to WF. What are some things that you like to get at WF? I have a 3 year old, so in addition to regular items, I'm interested in anything that is particularly loved by the younger set. I have noticed that WF seems to have a better yogurt selection.
