PP- me too. The admin at my school started informal observations in mid December but they never got around to me. I know they will be in my room the first week back and will expect "rigor."

I'm a teacher. I know your pain, minus the 'hate my job' part. 20 impossible to please stakeholders, and their parents, plus homework, tests, observations, and formal reviews...le sigh.

I just had a generous two week break sfter obsessively stockpiling vacation days and now I have to go back to work. It's going to be overwhelming and I hate my job. Any tips for the transition back?
