I have returned things to them without any problems, but my concern would be the cost of shipping back such a large set. That's what's kept me from buying big things from them.

Does anyone have any experience (good or bad) returning items on Overstock? Wondering specifically about oversized items. I am thinking about buying a 7 piece dining set and I am concerned about returning it if there is a problem.
