I am not sure about the shades, but I went to Calico corner and brought a picture of my room, a carpet swatch, and two throw pillows. We were able to find a beautiful fabric that matched perfectly.

Does anyone know of an interior designer who can help with choosing shades and curtains? Someone who is reasonably priced? Thanks!
