It would not make me uncomfortable. He's been doing it for months without doing anything to worry you, why would that change? Annoyed IF I needed a parking space but otherwise, carry on.

Not sure this is the right forum but for the last month or so a taxi has been parking in the street across from my house and the taxi driver stays in the car. He is there for hours. I am sure he is just resting but it makes me a little uncomfortable as I am home with my kids. Does anyone know if there at DC parking restrictions regarding this? Would this make you uncomfortable?
