A year where I feel less anxiety about my teenage/young adult kids. 2014 has been a roller-coaster year and it's been hard for me to stop the worry, sleepless nights and feelings of powerlessness to keep them all safe and happy. Yeah, I know I need to let it go a bit. Seeking to find more peace and mindful acceptance in the coming year!
