I bought the flat sheet, then bought a coordinating flannel sheet from Bed and. Agh, then got a piece of twin-sized batting and sewed it all together (I don't really sew but I borrowed a machine--its four straight seams. Cost more like $50-60.

Open up one of their credit cards...I got some deal when I did that and then they send coupons and rebates. Its a pain but if you shop there often (or any of the PB or Williams Sonoma stores) its worth it.
