America's test kitchen is the best for these type of recipes (beef stew, meatloaf, eggs benedict etc.). Fine Cooking is the best for innovative but outstanding recipes- have so many favorites there and I don't have that much time to cook ..

I like mushroom and carmelized onion.

If you want meat, a little bit of ham or bacon goes a long way and tastes great.

This is my favorite. Super easy, just make sure to use a deep dish pie pan or else cut back on the filling. I've changed up on the filling as well.

easy, please!

christmas menu:

cinnamon rolls
grapefruit salad w/ pomegranate
green salad (just spring mix and avocado)

2-quiche.
Maybe one spinach gruyere?
Suppose the other should have meat.

Does that sound like enough food? Could also do a roast potato.
